Self Esteem

Self esteem is key to being successful and happy in your life. Low self esteem can really hold you back from achieving what you want. Self-esteem is the degree to which you value and appreciate yourself. If you have a high self esteem you will generally have a positive mental attitude, have a high self worth and be confident in who you are and your abilities. You will have a high degree of control over your life and know what you want. Key indicators of low self esteem are when you find yourself comparing yourself unfavourably to others, always criticise yourself and your abilities, will put yourself down in front of people, feel depressed, powerless and helpless.
